Information Thanks for visiting!

Ralph Palmer was a Rhode Island resident from 1975. After living there for 40 years, he relocated to Florida in 2016. He’s been taking photos all his life. His first exhibition was at the Rhode Island Situate Art Festival in 2004. In that same year, he took Second Prize in a regional photo contest judged by Rhode Island’s Governor Carcieri with his photo entitled ‘A Moment in Time’, depicting a snowy New York street scene with shoppers and a landmark post clock in upper Manhattan. At this point, remember that a picture is worth a thousand words: so please view the photographs in this website. They hopefully will lend some insight to See What He Saw… as well as understand a bit of what inspired him to want to capture the images you will see in his photographs.
